New students must enroll for the Intro to Skateboarding Class in order to be evaluated before you may enroll or be transferred to the Intermediate Class. 

Learn fundamental skills needed to maneuver a skateboard confidently. This class is geared towards teaching the skateboarding groundwork that will allow students to continue improving their skills safely into pro and even Olympic levels. (Yes, skateboarding is now an Olympic sport!) Emphasis is given on proper use of safety gear and ramp technique. This popular sport is a fun and exciting way for students to get a great workout while building coordination and self-confidence. REQUIRED: Skateboard, helmet, elbow & knee pads.
