• 3 Goalies, 24 Skaters

Program Details:

• Head Instructor: Kelly Mruk - Head Coach Edge U16 Prep

• 16 Total ice times:

8 Team Practice Style Sessions
4 Power Skating sessions / Evolution Goalie sessions
4 Edgeboss Skills Sessions :
- each 75 min session will finish with 15-20 min of Small Area Games (SAG).
15 Dryland Sessions
- focus will be on form, functional movements, coordination and recovery
1 Nutrition/Sport Performance session with Ross McCain
