Description:
This program is designed to teach players the proper checking technique to prepare then for contact hockey. Coaches will teach the players on techniques such as proper mirroring, angling, deliverying a body check, receiving a body check and satefy aspect along the "Danger Zone". After completion of this program, players will have the knowledge and confidence to move their game into a contact level of hockey.
