• 4 Goalies, 24 Skaters

Program Details:

• Head Instructor: Kelly Mruk - Head Coach Edge U17 Prep

• 16 Total ice times:

• 8 Team Practice Style Sessions
• 4 Power Skating Sessions / 4 Evolution Goaltending sessions
• 4 Edgeboss Skills Sessions :
  • each 75 min session will finish with 15-20 min of Small Area Games (SAG).
• 15 Dryland Sessions 
  • focus will be on form, functional movements, coordination and recovery
• 1 Nutrition/Sport Performance session with Ross McCain
