Description:

Our advanced level class will challenge our gymnasts and build confidence to execute skills on their own. We will focus on more specific drills to get back and front handsprings, back and front walkovers (floor and beam), combination skills, hip circles on the bar, flight skills (aerials, back tucks, etc), and much more! Average age range is 7-11 years.

Notes: This class is open to the public

Prerequisites: It is not a prerequisite that you attend our mixed level class. But students enrolled in this class should have a good understanding of gymnastics skills and terminology. A good checklist to see if your gymnast is ready for this class: can he/she perform a roundoff with rebound, has a standing backbend (down and up), can perform a pull over on the bar, can perform a front limber and/or back bend kickover, can complete a handstand on a low beam.
