2 classes in one!! 

Acro combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatics and artistic gymnastics. This is a perfect introduction to tricks (handstands, cartwheels, chest stands, and more!  With strength and flexibility being important, the emphasis of Acro is placed on extensive conditioning and stretching as well as strength training.

The Performance Studio’s jazz program is based on the ADAPT syllabus, in which students will learn to properly execute jumps, turns, kicks and other stunts. 

This class will participate our year end recital.

Notes: Ballet Dance Attire: Pink ballet tights, black R.A.D. cotton tank leotard, pink cotton gathered skirt, pink ballet shoes with elastic sewn over the instep of the shoe, no split shoes. Hair pulled back in a bun.
