Description:

This class introduces your child to the fundamentals of ballet technique, terminology, and proper alignment. Ballet is the foundation of all dance training. Students will learn poise, control, flexibility, and endurance.

Students may move to Ballet Beginner II or Intermediate with instructor’s permission. Students must demonstrate that they can go into the five basic positions when asked and not shown. Students must know basic ballet terminology including plié,  tendu, and sauté.
