Description:
This small group class is focused in helping you get and stay strong & fit. With the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer, you wil use a variety of free weights, machines, and body weight to challenge all of your muscles. Your strength will be mixed with cardio bursts to torch body fat and get you stronger and more fit than you ever thought was possible.
