Description:

The Teen & Adult Conditioning class is modeled similarly to our Youth Conditioning class. There is skill refinement incorporated with swimming sets designed to build endurance.

Price: $48.00 - $60.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 13+ on the day of the activity

Notes: Registration starts April 22nd @ 9a. Deadline to register is May 25th @ 5p.

Prerequisites: Participants must be at least 13 years of age and be able to swim 200 yards of any stroke. Proficiency in turns and advanced strokes.
