Description:

Ages 8-11. 4 hours a week. This class is for girls who have the desire to learn and ability to progress quickly through our beginner programs. Girls in this class will work to perfect basics, develop strength and flexibility and learn the foundations needed for more advanced skills.

Prerequisites: Special approval and a minimum level 4 CAN-GYM program.
