Description:
This class is for gymnasts who are interested in spending more time in the gym, and a little more committed to developing their strength and fexibillity and learning more advanced basics of gymnastics. Pre-Requisite - Minimum level 3. A two hour class that focuses on perfecting body positioning, handstands and all of the prerequisites required to move forward to more advanced level classes.
