Parent participation required – One parent per child

Parent and tot is a great opportunity for parents to bond with their child and watch them grow. While exploring a new environment your child will work on their listening skills and body awareness all while being able to socialize with other athletes. With the direction of a coach, parents will take their children through a class that includes a warm up, stations and circuits that will encourage them to hang, swing, roll and get their bodies moving.
