Get a full-body workout while utilizing the low-impact properties of water as you move along to music. The emphasis will be on cardio-respiratory endurance, core & muscle strength, improving balance & posture, toning up and burning fat. Come SPLASH water to your health! Each participant will dictate their intensity in the class based on how you move your body through the water. This class blends cardio-conditioning and body-toning into a full-body workout.
