Description:

This low impact class will take place in our lesson pool.  Participants will use slow, relaxing meditative movements to help improve core strength, balance and tone.  This class will help to ease pain and provide movements that may help with arthritis.  This is a gentle form of exercise that mainly focuses on breathing and relaxation.  This class will build one's level of concentration with practice.  The soft flowing movements help circulate energy within our bodies.
