Description:

LEVEL 6: Swimming and Skill Proficiency

The purpose of this level is to refine the strokes so participants swim them with ease, efficiency, power and smoothness over greater distances.

This class is for swimmers that are ready refine all swim strokes, increase endurance, learn starts and turns, use the pace clock, set up a fitness program, calculate target heart rate and work on various training techniques and water exercises.

Participants MUST be able to:

• Completed the skills of Level 5

Participants may focus on performing the following skills:

• Personal water safety
• Fitness swimming
• Fundamentals of diving

Required age: 5 - 15 on the day of the activity
