Description:
The Silver Sneakers program is an instructor-led functional fitness program designed to target seniors. This class takes place at the Seniors Centre and is taught by Debbie Fenske.
Participants can expect to use a variety of equipment to increase strength, stamina and mobility. You can sit in a chair or stand for this class.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):
- Tuesday, December 26, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
- Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
- Tuesday, January 02, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
