Description:
Bring your child (aged 0-5) to play in the gym with various toys and other tots while you get a workout in! This is a 60-minute instructor-led strength, cardio and core class designed to get your heart pumping and tone your muscles. Whether you have had a full nights' sleep or not, you are guaranteed to leave feeling better than when you walk in! Modifications available for all fitness levels. Bringing a child is not a requirement to join this program, everyone is welcome!

- Wednesday, January 17, 2024 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM
