Description:

These swimmers will learn how to dive and will do in-water somersaults and handstands to develop weight-transfer skills. They’ll learn Swim to Survive skills, whip kick on back, and will further develop their front crawl and back crawl.

Required age: 5 - 15 on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Completed Swimmer 2 OR Can jump into deep water and do a sideways entry wearing a lifejacket; support self at the surface for 15 sec.; do whip kick in vertical position; and swim 10 m on front and back.
