Description:

Preschool 5 teaches Swim to Survive skills wearing a PFD. Front crawl and back crawl are introduced as well a interval fitness training. Preschoolers will also learn how to tread water and perform vertical whip kick with a buoyant aid. Once complete, preschoolers can register into Swimmer 2.

Required age: 3 - 5 on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Completed Preschool 4 OR Can jump into deep water wearing a PFD, recover objects from bottom of the pool, hold their breath underwater and float and glide front and back unassisted Less than 5 years of age (Children aged 5+ go into Swimmer 1 or 2)
