Join the Town of New Windsor for this fun Howl-O-Ween event at New Windsor's Dog Park on Saturday, October 28 (10am to11am). Dress your pooch in their Halloween finest for a chance to win great prizes. Prizes will be given to the following categories: Most Sporty, Pet/Owner Look-alike, Funniest, Scariest, Most Creative and Best in Show (best overall costume)! San Giacomo Dog Park 402 Union Avenue New Windsor, NY This Fun & Free event is open to the public. We are accepting donations for The Orange County ASPCA.
