New Windsor Community Day is schedule for Saturday September 14th from 12pm to 8pm at Kristi Babcock Memorial Park with a rain date of Saturday September 21st. 

This will be our 15th year of this event with 20,000 plus people attending each year. This is a destination for families from all over the Hudson Valley and beyond.

Food Vendor Trucks have to be inspected by the Town of New Windsor Fire Inspectors as per the New York State Fire Code. The $50 fee will be waived from the Fire Inspectors will be waived for Community Day Food Vendors.

Notes: The Town of New Windsor reserves the right to reject any vendor based on the fact that we want to have a variety of food sold and if we have too many of one thing we might not allow any further of a certain food.

Prerequisites: Insurance and Health Department Permit are required.
