Day: Feburary 3rd 2023 Time:9am-12pm Moving our bodies and relaxing our minds! Combining mini yoga sessions, crafts and group play to teach participants new skills, even on days off from school. Rachel loves to teach and learn with the class. She is an experienced educator with a passion for yoga and mindfulness. Rachel is excited to begin working at Triwood in 2023, in a range of classes. Rough Schedule 9-10 o’clock = check-in, yoga and meditation 10-11 = snack and group games 11-12 = Craft: To be determined Home time!
