Instructor: Savannah Brittner Length: 12 sessions Dates: September 11th to December 4th (No Class Monday October 9th) When: Mondays @ 5pm - 6pm Where: Collingwood Room Length: 12 weeks Day & Time: Mondays from 5-6pm This class is designed to help you strengthen and stabilize the core and back. You will explore the connection of the breath and core and their relationship to maintaining a healthy spine and how the core carries you through each movement of the day. To effectively work the core and support our spine, this multi-level class is designed to strengthen, lengthen and stretch your body.
