Description:
This class is inspired by Obstacle Course Training and Gymnastics. Obstacle courses for strength, agility, balance, strength, and endurance. Gymnastics tumbling for total body coordination. For success in school, sport, and life, a child that learns to channel their impulse & energy towards a focused goal will succeed in all endeavors.

Required age: 6 - 12 on the day of the activity
Notes: 1. No classes On May 20 2. All Ninja participants have to INDOOR athletic shoes that are brought in a bag. No outdoor shoes are allowed.
