Art is a form of communication! Combining art making and verbal expression to provide a new way to share and express feelings and thoughts. An interesting and safe way to discover more about ourselves. This is a closed group. We ask that participants commit to the full session. *This activity is facilitated by students completing their Master's in Creative Arts Therapy.
