Description:

Our Primary Acro class introduces the fundamentals of tumbling and acrobatics and aims to help students develop arm strength, core strength, flexibility, balance, and full body coordination. Students will focus on basic skills including forward rolls, back shoulder rolls, tripods, cartwheels, and handstands. While students will use mats for acro class, they will build towards doing their acro skills without mats so that their new tricks can be incorporated into their hip hop and/or contemporary classes as well.

All of our Primary classes focus on building strength, coordination, flexibility, memory, and confidence through movement.

Note that this is a skill-building class which does not perform in the end-of-year Showcase.
