Description:
Classes are technique-focused, with an emphasis on learning the fundamentals of contemporary technique which draws from ballet, modern, jazz, and improvisational dance. Classes include a full-body warm up to build strength and flexibility, then progress to exploring larger movement sequences traveling through space and choreography. Beginner Contemporary is for dancers with little to no contemporary dance experience.
