Description:

It's summer! What better time to broaden your entertaining toolkit with some botanical cocktails? Creative Cocktail Consulting's Cole Benoit will discuss botanicals you can grow in your home garden for cocktails and ideas for using and preserving them for optimal flavour. Cole will guide you to create your own sample cocktails at home, made with summer-inspired botanical ingredients; we’ll also discuss home bar basics such as tools and techniques to get started.

Suitable for those involved in cocktail culture who love experimentation and new ingredients.

If you would like to make a cocktail along with Cole, you will need the ingredients and tools below.
