Description:

Join us for an energizing, relaxing yoga practice. The first portion of class moves you through a gentle flow of active, dynamic postures that work your muscles and get blood flowing. We will then wind down to a slower pace, holding posture to help nourish your joints, relax your mind and release tension. Appropriate for beginners or experienced students looking for a new approach to their practice.

Notes: Purchase a MultiPass and save! Choose from 6 or 12 classes in a pass. Select the "MultiPass" tab above to purchase, and use them for any fitness or yoga class drop-ins within a year of first use. This system replaces purchasing entire sessions and allows you to attend whenever your schedule allows, without missing classes due to illness or holidays. NOTE: There will be no class on February 18 2019. Bring a yoga mat, any props you may wish to use, and a light blanket or towel.
