Description:
This is a gentle class for all levels, focused on balance and mobility for fitness and for preventing falls. Exercises can be done seated or standing, and participants will increase their functional strength and mobility, core stability, lower body strength, and improve their balance.
Notes: Purchase a MultiPass and save! Choose from 6 or 12 classes in a pass. Select the "MultiPass" tab above to purchase, and use them for any fitness or yoga class drop-ins within a year of first use. This system replaces purchasing entire sessions and allows you to attend whenever your schedule allows, without missing classes due to illness or holidays. Bring a yoga or fitness mat and wear comfortable footwear and stretch or loose clothing.
