Description:
This 60 minute class consists of basic gymnastics skills focusing on fun, fitness and fundamentals along with introduction to vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. This class is offered to boys and girls ages 5-7. There are 2 levels to achieve in this program and a progress report will be given to each athlete at the end of each session along with a ribbon for those athletes who have completed a level(s)
