Description:
This 75 minute class consists of basic and intermediate gymnastics skills. Activities include vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.There are 2 levels to achieve in this program before moving into the advanced program. A progress report will be given to each athlete at the end each session along with a ribbon for those athletes who have completed a level(s)
