SPRING SESSION: March 16th- June 9th (11 classes)

VIEWING POLICY: Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and observe their child’s class in our upstairs viewing area. If you choose to stay for your child’s class please be respectful of our coaching staff and do not be disruptive. Parents are not permitted inside the gym area at any time (this does not include our Parent & Tot program) Parents and/or care givers are required to actively participate with their child during the parent and tot classes.

Cancellation due to inclement weather: 
For updates on cancellations due to weather please visit our facebook page. Cancellations will be posted and sent out by email at least one hour prior to the scheduled class start time.Classes cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Annual Registration Fee: There is an annual registration fee of $55 per participant. The annual registration fee is vaild from Septeber 1st- August 31st and it cannot be prorated for participants who join mid-season. The fee covers registration and insurance with our club, Gymnastics PEI and Gymnastics Canada. Registration fees are non refundable.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be processed after the start date of any session without a medical note. Refunds are for class fees only and there is a $30 administration fee for all refunds that are not medical. Victory reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum numbers are not met. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment we will place you in a different class, If space is not avaiable in a different class, a full refund will be issued.

WAITLIST PROCEDURES:
Our waitlist process is an automated first-come, first-served process through our registration system. If the class you are interested in is full, you can add your child to the waitlist using your amilia account. Available spots will be given to those who are not currently registered before allowing replacements. You are not required to pay for any waitlisted spaces and you can waitlist for any number of slots. You will get an e-mail confirming the classes you have waitlisted for. If you did not get this e-mail, you are not waitlisted. If a space becomes available, our system will contact all those on the waitlist via e-mail. If you miss the space, you will remain on the waitlist and be notified in the same manner for any subsequent availabilities. 

Kidsport & Jumpstart funding: Members are able to apply for funding through kidsport and/or jumpstart. Once you have received your approval letter please send us a copy of it by email. Once we have received the confirmation of approval a credit will be added to your account and you can register for the appropriate class. Reimbursements will not be provided to those who register and pay before submitting their approval. If you pay for class fees in advance and then send approval we will add a credit to your account.

Disciplinary:
Victory coaches work to keep the environment in the gym safe, friendly and respectful. Disruptive behavior from any participant will not be tolerated. Harassment, inappropriate language or bullying of any kind is unacceptable. Our coaches set clear boundaries and expectations as to appropriate conduct and should action need to be taken due to a child’s continuous interruptions of the positive atmosphere or ongoing disregard for the rules, parents will be notified. Disruptive behavior will be documented and if continued may result in dismissal from the program. We ask  for your cooperation in providing a positive experience for all members.

Drop Off/Pick Up: 
Classes begin and end promptly at the scheduled times. Please do not leave your child unattended before or after class. Our coaches will not be responsible for athletes while they are in the waiting area.

Allergies:
Our facility is nut free and scent free. Our allergy list changes based on the registered members for each session. Please ensure you have advised us of any allergies at the time of  registration.
