Le cours multisport 2-5 ans est un cours parent-enfant. La participation du parent est essentiel pour le bon déroulement du cours. Il joue le rôle d'entraineur pour son enfant.

Les cours 2-5 ans sont d'une durée de 40 minutes plus l'arrivée et le départ.

La séance débute par un échauffement thématique. Par la suite, guidés par l'entraineur 7 Sports les duos parent-enfant pratiquent de façon ludique entre 2 et 4 habiletés sportives de la discipline du jour.

Finalement, nous terminons la journée par un jeu de groupe ou un parcours moteur.

The multi-sport course 2-5 years old is a parent-child course. The participation of the parent is essential for the good progress of the course. He/she plays the role of coach for his/her child.

The 2-5 years old classes are 40 minutes long plus arrival and departure.

The session begins with a thematic warm-up. Then, guided by the 7 Sports coach, the parent-child duos practice 2 to 4 sports skills of the day in a playful manner.

Finally, we end the day with a group game or a motor course.
