Introduction à la compétition de natation. Les nageurs doivent être capables de nager un tour de la piscine récréative de Côte St Luc (environ 20 mètres) sans toucher le fond. La technique n'a pas d'importance tant que l'enfant peut aller d'un bout à l'autre de la piscine sans toucher le fond. 

Introduction to competitive swimming. Swimmers must be able to swim one lap of Cote St Luc recreation pool (approximately 20 meters) without touching the bottom. Technique doesn't matter as long as the child can get from one end to the other without touching the bottom.
