Notes: Please make sure that your camper comes ready for the weather, and including long pants for riding, snacks, water, barn appropriate footwear (no open toe shoes). If you expect funding for camp fees payment, please advise Audrey at audrey.cooper@vtra.ca with the details of the funding. Please make sure that funds are made available in time for billing. As always we have numerous volunteers and other ressources mobilised to make this experience as enjoyable as possible for everyone. If your camper is unable to attend any part of the camp, please let us know as soon as possible either by email to admin@vtra.ca or by leaving us a message at 778-426-0506. The following policy will apply when canceling sessions in this program: 100% of credit minus a $50 fee (+ any applicable taxes) until 14 day(s) before the beginning of the activity 80% of credit until 1 day(s) before the beginning of the activity
