Description:

Wellington Recreation has partnered with Fort Collins Baseball Club and is happy to offer 5th & 6th grade recreational baseball. Registration runs from January 13th to April 14th at 11:45pm. Please register your child in the grade he/she is currently in (at the time of registering). Recreational games will begin the week of May 20th and end by July 17th with an end of season tournament. Games will be played in both Wellington and Fort Collins. Wellington teams will practice in Wellington. Practice times are TBD by coach and can begin the week of April 17th. Uniforms will need to be purchased through the GoJo Sports online store. 

Volunteer Coaches are needed! All coaches must be registered by March 31st ­­to prevent overloading rosters. If you can coach, we need you, so please reach out to recreation@wellingtoncolorado.gov. There will be a mandatory coach meeting with Fort Collins Baseball Club that is yet to be scheduled.

Price: $120.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 9 - 12 on the day of the activity

Notes: 12 league games + End-of-Season playoff games (teams can opt out if not enough players). Mon-Fri 5:00pm or later with a possible Sat 9:00am to 2:00pm, 2 games per week on average, 1h 20m, 1 Umpire
