Description:

Gentle yoga is perfect for beginners, seniors, pregnant women and those who will need modifications.  Please bring water and a yoga mat. We will have yoga mats available for rent at the class for $1.00 per session. Please bring cash for the yoga mat rental. 

Our classes will be taught by Darla Roselle, a former studio owner with over 10 years of experience as a certified Yoga instructor. 

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
