WSSRA conducts swim lessons to allow all individuals to progress from beginner to advanced swimming abilities. Our swim lessons cover fundamental body positions, breath control, stroke drills, and age-appropriate safety skills while emphasizing swim as fun and enjoyable. By using the Michael Phelps IM program, our lessons are designed for gradual skill progression and goal setting.

Due to staffing, WSSRA may occasionally ask an attending adult to get in the water to provide support during the group lesson.

Required age: 3+ on the day of the activity

Notes: If WSSRA is notified of cancellation 5 business days prior to the start of a program season, the participant will be credited the cost of each program cancelled less a $5 processing fee.
