Boxability International Inc. is a therapeutic program designed to build strong bodies, minds and build self-confidence. Each week participants will learn and practice offensive and defensive boxing techniques that can be modified for all ages and ability levels. No boxing experience is required!

Required age: 8+ on the day of the activity

Notes: If WSSRA is notified of cancellation 5 business days prior to the start of a program season, the participant will be credited the cost of each program cancelled less a $5 processing fee.
