Bobcats Powerlifting

Bobcats Powerlifting is designed for those who are interested in competing.  Athletes will learn proper techniques and how to safely perform each event (squat, deadlift and bench press). This program will allow for customized workout routines for each athlete. Registered participants will compete in the Special Olympics Regional competition on March 25 and March 26.

Notes: If WSSRA is notified of cancellation 5 business days prior to the start of a program season, the participant will be credited the cost of each program cancelled less a $5 processing fee.
