15 minutes trampoline and 45 minutes diving all ages (who know how to swim) welcome to join we will be doing basics of diving with a little extrta challenge. in this class we learn how to get comfortable going head first forwards and backwards, and jumping off the high boards. Learning basic positions - straight tuck and pike, and proper safety pool rules
