Description:

The recreation camp is open to children ages 5-12 years old with or without gymnastics/dance experience. Athletes will
spend the morning in the gym learning rhythmic gymnastic skills and strength and conditioning through various fun
activities for all levels of abilities. After lunch, the group will have an outing or welcome a guest teacher into the gym.
