Description:

This class is for athletes who are looking at moving up to the Rhythm Cat, Rising Stars or Competitive Program in the fall.  Classes are an hour in length and will teach fundamental gymnastics skills used in next level programming such as advanced balances, flexibilty and apparatus handling.  

Mandatory membership(s):

• Active Start Gymnast
• Recreational Gymnast
