Description:

Learn to use pencil to draw in a realistic style. Students will learn techniques for perspective, proportion, and capturing form and shading realistically. We will draw a variety of subjects, including animals, objects, and people.

This class is recommended for students who already have some drawing experience.

Please note: If your child is more of a beginner to realistic style drawing, we recommend the Sketching class.

Required age: 10 - 15 on the day of the activity

Notes: Students should have the following supplies of their own to bring to each class: • Drawing pencils (At least one HB and one 2B pencil) • Coloured pencil set (Staedtler brand recommended, at least 36 colours.) Please label with student’s name. • Kneadable eraser • Regular eraser • Blending stump WITHDRAWAL POLICY: • The last day to withdraw and receive a full refund for the class is 7 days before the class start date. (The 3% registration fee is non-refundable.) • If you cancel between 1-7 days before the class start date, you will receive a 75% refund. • After the class has already started, you have a maximum of 14 days to withdraw and receive a 50% refund. No refunds are granted after this 14-day period. If you paid upfront, the 50% refund will be issued to you. If you paid by installments, the second installment will simply be cancelled instead of being charged on the 14th day.
