REGISTRATION: I hereby confirm that I am the parent or guardian of the enrolled child. By registering for a Young Rembrandts class, I give permission to let the enrolled child participate in the specified Young Rembrandts Program conducted by a local, independent Young Rembrandts franchise owner. All provided information included in the registration is correct to my knowledge, and all contact information provided can be used to communicate with me.

By submitting this registration, I am granting to Young Rembrandts Franchise, Inc. and to the independent Young Rembrandts franchise owner conducting the Young Rembrandts Program permission to send me electronic mail. I understand that I can revoke permission to mail to my email address using the unsubscribe feature, or by replying “unsubscribe” at any time.

I hereby acknowledge that the artwork and drawings that will be used in the Young Rembrandts Program are copyrighted and owned by Young Rembrandts, Inc. These copyrighted items and all derivative works created by the enrolled child are not to be used, reproduced or publicly displayed by me or any family member.

CONDUCT: By completing the registration, I agree that my enrolled child and family members will abide by the code of conduct of the school, school district, or other facility where the class is held, and that my enrolled child will abide by the instructions of the Young Rembrandts instructor and will not be disruptive during the Young Rembrandts Program. I acknowledge and understand that improper conduct of the enrolled child and/or family members may result in disciplinary action as determined by the school, school district or facility where the class is held. I acknowledge and understand that improper conduct during a Young Rembrandts Program may result in temporary or permanent removal of the enrolled child from the Young Rembrandts Program as determined by the Young Rembrandts instructor in his or her sole discretion, and that in such case, I will not be entitled to any refunds.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my child’s arrival to and departure from the Young Rembrandts program and will comply with all requirements set forth by the school, school district, or other facility to attend and arrive at and depart from class. I will arrange for prompt pick up of my child once the Young Rembrandts Program is over. I understand that the Young Rembrandts instructor is not responsible for supervising my child at the facility once the Young Rembrandts Program is over, or for overseeing where my child goes and/or with whom they leave after dismissal from the Young Rembrandts Program.

I understand that in the event my child is unable to attend one or more of the Young Rembrandts classes for any reason, I will not be entitled to a refund for these absences. ?In the event of exceptional circumstances that will prevent my child from attending the balance of the classes, I understand that I can contact the Young Rembrandts franchise owner conducting the classes to request a refund, but whether a refund will be given will be in the discretion of the Young Rembrandts franchise owner.

COVID-19: I understand that if I send my child to an in-person Young Rembrandts class (once permitted by state and local governments and the facilities where classes are conducted), there is still a risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus despite precautions taken by the teachers and students in conducting and attending the class. In sending my child to attend the Young Rembrandts class, I accept all risks associated with possible exposure to COVID-19 virus.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration for allowing my child to enroll in the Young Rembrandts Program, I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Young Rembrandts Franchise, Inc., the Young Rembrandts independent franchise business owner offering the Young Rembrandts Program, and their respective officers, employees and agents from any and all claims or liabilities arising from or in connection with any accident or injury (including injury caused by negligence) or illness occurring while my child is attending the Young Rembrandts Program or at the facility where the program is conducted before, during or after the Program.
