Description : In 10 classes, each participant will learn a number of moves in the German Wheel and Cyr Wheel, individually chosen for the age group and skill level of the athlete. All classes begin with a warm up and conditioning segment, following by training in the wheel. In addition to building a short routine, the group will work on a small group show to be presented to parents at the end of the session.
