Capoeira (CAPO - ERA) is an Afro Brazilian art form that combines Martial Art, Dance, Music, Acrobatics and Culture all into one sport. As you probably know, capoeira is one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world.Capoeira helps develop many important skills in children and youth such as Coordination, flexibility, strength, as well as social skills and team work. It helps create active and healthy children and promoting non violent form of self defence and a opportunity for children to express themselves in a safe, fun, and friendly environment.This Class will be taught by Vadim Podosyan, The founder and head instructor of The Canadian Centre for Capoeira, a Toronto based Capoeira school which belongs to one of the biggest Capoeira organizations in the world.
