Description :
Aquatica Synchro’s Provincial Stream is for athletes that have learned basic artistic swimming skills. Athletes compete in local, provincial, and inter-provincial competitions. Athletes are placed into teams by the coaches according to their age and skill level. Swimmers learn synchro-specific skills including flexibility, strength, and speed development. Total time commitment – 12 hours per week including 3.5 hour land and 9.5 hours water.

Notes : Athletes in the provincial stream will compete in Manitoba Artistic Swimming Competitions in the 2023 – 2024 year.
Prérequis : This program is for athletes born in 2008 and earlier
