Level 1 Tumbling focuses on proper technique and execution of Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Round Offs, and Walkovers, as well as connecting skills. ** Athletes under the age of 5 are not allowed to perform bridges - an alternative will be given. This is to protect their spinal development. Here at BCA we believe in Perfection before Progression. We know that ensuring the athlete can perform the skill perfectly means they have a better chance of gaining more advanced skills in a safe and timely manner.
